Waste of TIME!

I thought my dog might have a UTI so I called Battleground. I did not want to pay for an exam because she had been seen about a month ago. I expressed this to them and they told me that she would not have to have an exam and that they would just run a urinalysis. I called two more times to ask questions and clarify what I had been told and each time I called they confirmed that an exam was not required. So I drove my dog 30 min. to the vet. When I got there I gave them her urine sample and waited 15 min before the receptionist told me that they would not tell me the results until my dog had an EXAM!! I told them that I had called three times and was told that an exam was not necessary. Therefore, the let me walk out the door with a sick dog because they were desperate for money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Boarded my sick puppy there for a couple of emergent out of town visits. They put her in isolation due to her illness and she came out great. They even gave her her medicine too.

All the employees are great with my dog. Very caring have been going to them for 5 years and have never been dissappointed. Thanks
