Wow, what a relaxing day! The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved the atmosphere and the massage was awesome. I can't wait until my next visit.

Me and my three best friends from back in High School got together for an afternoon in Franklin of shopping, food, and a spa experience. I have been to a spa before, but my friends hadn't. We were blown away by this place. It was quiet and relaxing, our services (Facial and Massage) were fabulous and we were treated wonderfully. I am always a little afraid if I spend a lot of money on one of these places that I will be disappointed, but this was an all-around great time. Thanks Kimber for the best facial I have EVER had!

I'm a spa junkie and this place is top-notch! The atmosphere is great and all of the staff was kind and attentive. My friends and I also took advantage of the unique shopping and dinning in The Factory where the spa is located.... sure beats pulling up to the curb of a store-front spa. All around, this was a GREAT experience!
