I have been using Joslin Plumbing for 4 years. I was once again impressed recently by their honesty. I had a problem with a commode and the technician fixed it quickly and easily with a $5 part. What makes this so impressive is that a neighbor had the exact same problem with her commode but a different co. charged her $150 for the repair. I also use them for my heating and air maintenance and they never fail to be on time, courteous, and professional. I love the fact that they are a Franklin family owned company. I am always treated like a valued customer from the person answering the phone to the technician sent to my home. They have proven to be trustworthy in every way and a great value.
