Worse Service Ever

Thought I would use Sears for tire work on my SUV. First day I took my car there and they said they were going to put new valve stems on all my tires and that it would take just a couple of hours. After 4 hours I had heard nothing from them so I called (I was needing my vehicle). Well apparently they have issues with typing telephone numbers from pieces of paper into their computer systems and had the wrong phone number for me. Not a huge problem so far but since they couldn't call me they couldn't let me know of further problems with my vehicle (like i needed 2 new tie rods). So when I went to pick up my vehicle they told me it wasn't safe to drive. I informed them that if they would have called me I would have had them go ahead and do the work and it wouldn't be a problem but that I needed my vehicle that evening and would return the next day to have the tie rods replaced. Day 2: I returned at about noon and asked if they could do the work and ofcoarse they could. They told me it would take about 2 hours to complete. I said great but I need my vehicle back by 4PM so if for any reason it was going to be later than that we needed to do it another day. The guy (Daniel) told me no problem wouldn't take longer than a couple of hours. Fast forward to 4:15PM (I needed my car by 4). Haven't heard anything so I called. The guy tells me they screwed up and picked up the wrong part (tie rods) and that my vehicle took a special type (I drive a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer (real specialty kind of vehicle). He said he would call me in 20 minutes that someone had gone to get the right tie rods. So 40 minutes later I get a ride over there and talk with them. Now the story is still the same however they hadn't even gone to get the tie rods yet. Lets fast forward so I don't waste anymore of your time (if you need that take your car to Sears). I got my vehicle at 7:40 that night when it was suppose to be ready by 2:30. This was a Friday and I missed my nephews birthday party because I was sent to roam around the mall vehicle less while the guys at Sears were trying to find their heads. DON'T GO TO SEARS FOR AUTO WORK!!!
