Guarantees are worthless! Multiple service calls! Poor quality of work!!! No responsibility for quality of repairs!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I took of work to meet them, they set a 2 hour window to show up. 3/4 of the way through that time frame, I called and they said they would have to call me back. They did and said they were running late and they would come when finished. I called back an hour later and they said they were going to another appt. and would be over as soon as they finished. They called back about an hour later and said they would come by later the next morning. I schedule the service the morning before for the next afternoon. They said the "Boss" told then to take the other "emergency calls" before my schedule appt. I doubt that!
